Will always return to my favorite place in Zakopane. Great staff, even helped me with sim cards. Has everything I need like Wi-Fi, Free parking, Bar/ Lounge, Outdoor dining, Flat-screen TV. No pets, Non-smoking. Perfect for my trips!

The hotel is centrally located and easily accessible by public transportation. the rooms are clean and well-maintained. the staff is friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast selection is very limited, especially for vegetarians, and the staff can be rude and unaccommodating. the room sizes are small and the furniture, especially the sofa bed, is uncomfortable.

The hotel is in a convenient location with easy access to a nearby shop for essential items. the room is clean and comfortable with a tidy bathroom and useful fridge and kettle facilities. the breakfast is varied and freshly prepared with options to suit different dietary requirements.

The staff can be unhelpful at times, and some may struggle with language barriers.

We had a great Easter holiday at this hotel. The breakfast had a good variety of food, including freshly baked pastries and hot dishes. The hotel is located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, but still within walking distance. The nearby supermarket was a convenient option to buy snacks and drinks for our day trips. We also appreciated the free parking on site and the clean rooms.
